Position : Senior Partner

Mike has been with the firm since 1985 and a partner since 1988. His main interest is in Family Law and he has been an Accredited Specialist in this field since 1996. He has wide experience in Divorce, Separation, Matrimonial Financial Issues, Disputes relating to Children, Adoption, Education Law and Mental Health Law. He is appointed by the Court as Curator ad litem to children in family actions. He is a member of the Family Law Association and Child Law Centre and was formerly a member of the Council of the Law Society of Scotland. He is married with two children and when he's not busy with his family, enjoys Gardening, Ornithology, and walking his dog.

Position : Partner

Steve is a native of Dundee and has been with the firm since 1995 having qualified in 1992. Assumed as a Partner in 1997 Steve concentrates on Commercial and Domestic Conveyancing together with some Private Client work. As well as history and travel Steve lists amongst his hobbies Golf, attending the Gym and following Dundee F.C. He is married with 2 young sons.

Val is married with a daughter. She has been qualified since 1996 when she joined the firm and became a partner with us in 2003. Her forte is Conveyancing, Private Client Work and all aspects of Will, Executries and Trusts. Much of Val's spare time is spent with her daughter but she does enjoy Swimming, Cooking, Reading and when time permits following Dundee Football Club.
